1990-1994 Research assistant at the University of the Bundeswehr „Helmut Schmidt“ in Hamburg, department for International and European Law, 1999 PhD ”The Development of the Bulgarian Legislature for the Protection of Private Foreign Investments 1989 to 1997” at the Institute of East Europe, Berlin;

Since 1990 admitted to practice (Rechtsanwältin) in Hamburg, since 2001 in cooperation with the law office Esche Schüman Commichau in Hamburg. President of the German-Bulgarian Society Hamburg and member of the Board of Directors of the German-Bulgarian Union of the Lawyers, Hamburg. Since 2010 chairwomen of the advisory board for legal matters, since June 2012 board member and since 2013 Vicepresident of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce in Sofia; Vicepresident of the Arbitration Court by the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce in Sofia.

Biography: Ms. Kapralova-Scherner started at Law Offices Dr. Neidenowa as legal trainee in 2002 and in 2005 she continued working there as Legal Counsel. After almost 10 years of work experience in the technology and entertainment industry, she is again acting as a legal advisor Of Counsel at Law Offices Dr. Neidenowa.

Education: State exam at the University of Sofia, Legal Studies, 2004. Earned a degree in European Master in Law and Economics(LL.M.), University of Hamburg in cooperation with the university of Vienna (2005-2006). Degree in International and Comparative Law from Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis (2008); Research Assistant for Prof. Frank Emmert, Director of the Center for International and Comparative Law at Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis.

Biography: Marina Alexova has been working in the field of law for more than 13 years.

Education: She obtained a Master’s degree in Law from the University of National and International Economics in Sofia in 2007.
In 2007, she also obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Control as a second major at the same university.

Professional experience: She has worked as a legal advisor and legal expert in the following areas: international road transport, trade, real estate, construction.
She was admitted to the Sofia Bar Association in 2017 and has been practising as an advocate since then.
