1990-1994 Research assistant at the University of the Bundeswehr „Helmut Schmidt“ in Hamburg, department for International and European Law, 1999 PhD ”The Development of the Bulgarian Legislature for the Protection of Private Foreign Investments 1989 to 1997” at the Institute of East Europe, Berlin;
Since 1990 admitted to practice (Rechtsanwältin) in Hamburg, since 2001 in cooperation with the law office Esche Schüman Commichau in Hamburg. President of the German-Bulgarian Society Hamburg and member of the Board of Directors of the German-Bulgarian Union of the Lawyers, Hamburg. Since 2010 chairwomen of the advisory board for legal matters, since June 2012 board member and since 2013 Vicepresident of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce in Sofia; Vicepresident of the Arbitration Court by the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce in Sofia.
