Admission

Dr. Maya Neidenowa is admitted to practice in the Federal Republic of Germany and she is member of Hamburg Bar Association (Rechtsanwaltskammer), www.rechtsanwaltskammerhamburg.de. The following professional regulations apply to the lawyers (Rechtsanwälte): Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (BRAO), Berufsordnung für Rechtsanwälte (BORA), Fachanwaltsordnung (FAO), Gesetz über die Vergütung der Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälte (RVG), Berufsregeln der Rechtsanwälte der Europäischen Gemeinschaft, Gesetz über die Tätigkeit europäischer Rechtsanwälte in Deutschland, Law implementing the Directives of the European Community pertaining to the professional law regulating the legal profession. The applicable professional regulations can be found under www.brak.de. In addition she is listed as foreign lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) at the Bar Association Sofia (Sofijska Advokatska Kolegija).

Stanislava Petrova is admitted to practice in the Republic of Bulgaria as Advokat and they are members of the Bar Association Sofia (Sofijska Advokatska Kolegija),  www.sak-sas.bg. Professional Indemnity Insurance

The firm has obtained professional indemnity insurance for its lawyers provided by Zurich Gruppe Deutschland, Poppelsdorfer Allee 25-33, 53115 Bonn, and Generali Zastrahovane AD,  Blvd. Knjaz Dondukov 68, 1504 Sofia.
